Returns
You may request a return if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Reported within 1–3 days of delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed using the original method of payment, which is cash on delivery. In such cases, arrangements will be made to ensure a fair and secure return of funds.
Replacements
In cases of damage or incorrect delivery, we may also offer a replacement item instead of a refund, based on your preference and item availability.
Exceptions
Returns will not be accepted if the item:
- Has been used or is not in its original condition
- Was reported for return after 3 days of delivery
- Shows signs of intentional damage or misuse
